Boring!

Wow! It’s really showing. I had a cut of fish (tauchu style), some beef in green curry, sambal prawn (sedap) and ulam kacang botor for my lunch. With a glass of clear water. It’s lunch from the organizer, after the penjimatan.
I guess if this course is held before the penjimatan, the lauk will be more and tastier. But, anyhow, I am thankful that I saved money for lunch in this two days in a row.
But I have to drive here. Hmm…Win some lose some. Fair enough.
Today I learn how to create the new business unit, business activity and actual position. Anyway, as we the participants gather for lunch, I listened (not eavesdrop) that them (the other participants and the organizers) are confident there will be no addition in posts or human resource this year, no new reorganization will get approved without cutting down the numbers of the actual proposal, no moving out to new offices and such.
I heard one of them said that his department proposed for 1000 new posts to get only 8 approved. Sad eh? So they said, well, it’s time to learn to live with what we have. The human resources have to be used to the max or okay, optimum.
So, yeah. We at the government get to feel the tempias as well. Hmm.
Adaptation. It’s a big word now.
p.s : Live with what we have.
