i. Cik duduk depan pc dan pasang modem tu then call kami untuk kami ajar satu satu macam mana nak betulkan.

ii. Cik boleh datang dan bincang dengan pegawai kami berkenaan hal ini.
I’ve been there and their customer service officers were unfriendly, lazy to speak, speak english very well tapi with no friendliness langsung, no eye contact and worse they knew that I was supposed to go to their counter but they couldn’t do anything when someone’s cut my line. DAMN. la. Pastu buat tak layan jer.
iii. So, I can’t use it because I haven’t pay for it.
Yes, of course kalau I tak guna for what [animal] i’m paying? Anyway, I bayar gak la for the first months punya. Lagi baik dari bayar kesemua 5 freaking months sejak I beli.
iv. Kalau modem rosak, terminate tak payah bayar. Kalau tak, kena bayar RMXXX.
I dah cek cek cek (triple) modem tu….. still tak bleh guna. So?
v. I call nak tanya is that okay if I bring my modem there and have them check the modem.
Dia kata, cik balik pasang modem tu then nanti kami ajar step by step, nak reset modem. AGAIN????? I guess I’ve done that for so many freaking times la….
Anyway, I m not giving up, gonna try again. Though deep down I pray hard that the modem is not working. HAHA. So I can terminate it for free.
Kalau bleh guna, I sudi je guna. Kalau tak I won’t buy it at the first place.
