Sebelum tu, kita imbas balik entry ni.
Semalam I pergi juga ke GP (office potong-potong) tu untuk cek sama ada betul atau tidak modem itu rosak.
Hari tu, CSnya kata, kalau modem rosak I boleh terminate free.
Hari tu, I tanya boleh tak I nak bawa modem untuk dicek di sana, katanya biarlah troubleshoot dibuat melalui telefon la, itu la, ini lah…
I just went to another CS and asked her if I could get my modem checked. Guess what, she just said, “let me check it for you.”
“It seems that your modem is not working, nevermind I’ll change it for you.”
I said, “But that day, a girl told me that I could terminate it for free if my modem is not working”
She told me that it’s under warranty and I am on 24 months contract, and guess what.
I’ve got a new modem there and then. Wireless some more.
So, tell me, why can’t it be done just like that before?
Saja nak bagi I geram geram dan marah marah dan tulis dua post dulu baru nak memudahkan keadaan kah? Like they knew about all the whining, even they were pretty clear that I was angry before.🙂
