Bila feedback mesyuarat memanjang menyatakan emotie should review this this this… Masalahnya perkara yang dia suruh review itu adalah persetujuan bersama emotie dengan sepad. Kisahnya macam ni, sepad dah bagi surat maklumbalas isu berkenaan kepada emotie. Pastu emotie dan sepad bersetujulah membawa pendapat dan penjelasan (berkenaan polisi dsb) ke mesyuarat kumpulan kerja yang diurusetiakan oleh satu lagi agensi ni, boleh pulak dia punya response, emotie perlu menjelaskan perkara this and this and this (perkara yang telah dipersetujui bersama oleh sepad and emotie). Aisey this is illogical lah!
Illogical sebab you asked emotie to review the consensus reached between emotie and sepad. Isn’t that ridiculous? It’s agreed between two parties!
I have argued before at previous meeting and because I missed a meeting after that they came out with this suggestion in the follow up table. Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. And I have called and discussed with the responsible officer and he said he will look into that matter. The problem is, he’s the new officer…. he’s just taken over the secretariat. (He didn’t really know the story).
As I thought this issue will be settled just between the lower officers (me and the secretariat) they made a ridiculous moved by emailing my boss on this! and worse, the emailer is another new officer………. why you keep changing officer, okay that wasn’t a problem but please check before you do something.
I suspected that they don’t even check the previous minute? Ahah.
Actually, the matter should be considered SOLVED! because as long as the secretariat keep putting the issue in the meeting feedback table, they attendees will never stop bringing it up.
