TRANSFORMASI NASIONAL 2050

1. Seperti yang kita sedia maklum, YAB Perdana Menteri telah melancarkan program Transformasi Nasional 2050 atau pun TN50. TN50 adalah satu pelan pembangunan negara menjelang 2050 bagi memastikan negara berada di landasan yang tepat dengan menetapkan KPI bagi setiap implementasi program transformasi yang dirancang.
2. TN50 akan menjangkau tiga dekad proses dan gerak kerjanya, bagi membentuk satu negara bangsa yang benar-benar berwibawa serta berminda par excellence. TN50 akan mula digerakkan dengan generasi muda pelbagai bangsa melalui wacana-wacana nasional atau national discourse seperti diputuskan oleh Kabinet.

Quote di atas itu actually excerpt from a speech I’ve prepared for office’s monthly assembly last month. Fast forward, now I am one of the circle members (youth member) in the TN50 circle. My office nominated me, and the secretariat chose me.

There are 6 focus areas in the circle, and I am in the Living and Well-being. The others are Governance, Society, Lifestyle and Work & Value Creation.

I have attended the first circle meeting and skipped the second one during the launch by YAB PM last Friday (due to headache etc). Mostly during circle meet up we discussed and agreed on the most important factor/aspects of our focus area. For your information, the areas were determined through aspirations collected during various TN50 roadshows.

Before the first circle meet up, the secretariat sent us the pre-reading materials (up to 3000 aspirations) and during the meet up we discussed deeper about our focus area.

My group consists of great people! I kagum sangat! I teruja and almost starstruck! 🙂 I met Johan (owner Kilang Bateri), Nader (founder TheLorry), Dr. Lutfi (one of Doctors Without Borders) etc etc.

Next meet up will be in this month, hopefully I could contribute something.

Though after being selected I was like, what?? But I think I have to be positive, I’m contributing to the nation! Come on!
